Best November on Record for Mitsubishi Motors
Mississauga, ON, Dec. 1, 2017 – Led by the Mitsubishi Outlander, Mitsubishi Motor Sales of Canada recorded 1,934 sales last month, a 14.8 per cent increase over last year and its best November on record. Mitsubishi Motors’ November sales performance put its total year-to-date deliveries up by 3.8 per cent.
Outlander sales jumped 38 per cent with 657 deliveries, while Mitsubishi Motor’s compact crossover, RVR, had a 32 per cent increase in sales with 616 vehicles sold. The Mitsubishi Lancer family of sedans achieved 406 sales and 254 Mitsubishi hatchback and G4 sedan subcompact models were sold last month.
“Within the fastest growing segment in Canada, momentum and growth continues for Mitsubishi Motors sport utilities,” said Kathryn Soubliere, senior manager, Sales. “Unveiled in North America this week, the all-new Eclipse Cross showcases our strengths and successes in the sport utility space. We look forward to consumer reaction as we introduce this game-changing vehicle.”
The 2018 Eclipse Cross will debut in showrooms in March 2018, joining the RVR, Outlander and Outlander PHEV to form a formidable CUV lineup for Mitsubishi Motors.
