| Mitsubishi Outlander is an award winning four door, five or seven passenger, compact SUV built on a unibody chassis featuring RISE technology. The restyled 2010 Outlander comes in three trim levels and is available with either 2WD (front wheel drive), driver selected 4WD or with full time Super All-Wheel Control (S AWC). Available engines include either a 2.4 litre 4 cylinder, 168 hp engine or a 3.0 litre, 230 hp V6 engine, depending on the model. |

All 4WD Outlanders use the Mitsubishi electronic All-Wheel Control system (AWC) combined with Active Stability and Traction Control to ensure improved grip and safety in all road and weather conditions. The 4WD system is driver selectable at any engine speed.

S AWC is an advanced full time all wheel drive system that varies drive torque from left to right and from front to rear in real time depending on driver inputs and road conditions.
